On our show, and social media sites, we strongly push the idea of unification, the coming together of the people of our great nation, to resist the oncoming tyranny. We don't require that everyone agrees on everything, that's the beauty of unification, is the differences in opinion and approach that spur on discussion and debate, spawning new and innovative solutions and ideas. On many posts, I find myself sounding almost like my mother, having to explain to people that division is not just a method of arithmetic. It is a calculated tactic, employed by governments/tyrants to prevent unification amongst the public.I am set to explain and expose some of the more prevalent ones being used against us today.
Political views--- A very large and blatantly man-made divisional tactic, the political world is one of the most corrupt, shady, and disgusting places we find ourselves being sucked into. Red and Blue states, Republicans and Democrats, left-wing, right-wing, call it what you will, this tactic is incredibly insidious. It is based on the predicated lie that they are working for our best interests. The lie that we believe everyday. The lie that says they work for us. They work for the corporation of the United States (http://www.abodia.com/2/United-States-is-a-corporation.htm), which has absolutely nothing to do with our best interests. They claim to work for bi-partisan solutions and agreements to social issues they use their tool the media to promote, (abortion, gay marriage, their self-invented "fiscal cliff") while offering little to no explanation to their nearly unanimous support for bills like NDAA, H.R. 347, the Patriot Act, Obamacare, etc. Then come election time, they go at each other like rabid dogs, slinging mud and assassinating each other's character, saying the most disparaging things their campaign staffers can come up with against one another. Why are we supposed to forget how they act during this process? Just chalk it up to them wanting to get elected, that's all. Like that's an excuse! The blatant exclusion of any attempts at third party candidacy, shows that they have NO intention of making real progress and change in Washington D.C., NO interest in listening to the public, and NO respect for the constitution as such. They keep us at each other's throats, using keywords to incite emotional responses, throwing each other under the bus with party-line rhetoric, which means absolutely nothing when actual accountability is brought in to play. Once a politician is elected to D.C., their primary goal is not to serve this great nation as so many patriots did before them, but to keep their job. Even though they receive the salary for the rest of their lives, the corporate and union entities that financed their campaigns want their interests served, and the "selected" officials pass favorable legislation in return. A known fact--a united republic will not allow corruption from it's elected officials if it is afforded the knowledge of such corruption. If we are too busy fighting over who can marry who, or worrying if our money will be worth anything the next day, we are blind to the corruption and theft of our rights.
Racism--- One of the worst, (and in many places, still current) forms of evil was and is slavery. The forcing of another to serve your will against their own is against everything liberty stands for. Even our Declaration of Independence, written before slavery was abolished, states that all men are created equal. Alas, the divisional tactic of promoting existing racism, even if that racism has to be manufactured, is a huge part of the problems we face as a nation. If we hold the lesson learned through our own country's experience with slavery near to our hearts, and let the distrust and hatred based on this painful lesson to subside, we can put an end to the government and media's promotion of it. In the eyes of Lady Liberty, your heritage, skin color, religious beliefs, are secondary to your rights as a human being. Therein lies the key word there, my friends. Human being. We all belong to the same race. The human race. I know there are those who just cannot grasp this subject, but scientifically, in all actuality, we are the same. We all have the same internal make-up, a heart that pumps blood to the rest of our body, a nervous system, a brain, (no matter how under used it is), and so on. As I said before, the beauty of unification is the differences in opinion and approach that spur on discussion and debate, spawning new and innovative solutions and ideas. How could we possibly progress as a society if we all thought, looked and acted the same?
Class warfare--- the division between those who have, and those who have not, is as old as time itself. No matter how we unite, no matter how we intervene, there will still be those who feel they should not have to earn their success, but success should be afforded to them. There can be no denying that there is discrimination in some of the aspects involved when opportunities are afforded some but not others. There can also be no denying that there are those who have wealth, not accumulated by themselves but through the hard work of their families, that have also never known what "hard times" truly are, never known having to earn a living. This is where our society has brought it's biggest folly upon itself. When we tried to intervene, and make people equal in stature, not opportunity, make it so everyone could have the flashy new electronic device of the week, money for nothing, entitling anyone to whatever desire they felt was owed to them for any matter of injustice, founded or not, we perpetuated this division. We literally kept the poor poor purposefully, just giving them enough to be able to socially compete with the accumulation of "stuff", so they didn't "feel inferior" to those who had worked for it. Keeping things like this, in this diseased matrix of crap, keeps the poor just poor enough that the rich still look down on them, it angers the middle class, who generally have to struggle and work hard for everything they get, against the rich for having so much, and the poor for the tax burden they create. The poor, stay angry at the rich, because once they get a taste of being able to afford "stuff", often times leads to the greed for more "stuff". That eventually will lead to the abuse of the system, i.e. welfare moms (people who continuously have more kids just to increase the amount of benefits they can receive. See Video).
These are but a few of the ways that not only does our government use divisional tactics against us in the interest of keeping and increasing their power, we do it to ourselves for even less. We allow outside forces to dictate how we feel about things, propaganda to sway our opinions, false flags to trigger our emotions, guilt to keep us divided. Only a UNITED REPUBLIC is capable of carrying the distinction of being a FREE nation. A divided democracy, as with any nation divided, surely will not stand. And if we truly all want to be free, we have to agree on it, and shelter ourselves under the tree of liberty. The longer we allow the propaganda machines to tell us what we think, the farther away from freedom we stray.

Goodbye Yellow Brick Road
I need to get something out there to all my liberty-loving patriots out there that has been bothering me for quite some time now. It's going to be a little painful for a few out there to hear, but I get more and more requests to participate, and, well.............
Petitions to whitehouse.gov.
To begin here, I must point out that it is entirely in our best interests to work for the cause of liberty in a non-violent, constitutional manner, not only for safety concerns for ourselves and loved ones, but to set the example of how the constitution can protect the liberties and freedoms we all cherish so dearly. Violence and war is a last resort, when all other avenues afforded to us by the constitution have been exhausted. We have not yet, as a country, and a complete populous, begun to scratch the surface of the powers provided to us from our forefathers. Among others, the power of nullification is a lesser known power afforded to the states and the people to overturn unjust federal laws, as well as legal action can still be taken as of this time.
But I think the petitions to this website, as well meaning and noble as many of them are, are futile.
Let's look at this logically. We are petitioning the laws and actions of the same administration that is supposed to address our concerns if these petitions acquire a certain amount of signatures. And even then, there is no guarantee that the petitions will stop the legislation/actions it is against. Mr. Obama's open ended statement on the subject when it was first introduced that he would "respond" to it if it gained more than 25,000 signatures, never says anything about overturning anything. It also leaves one to wonder, if the petition is against what the president and his administration want, are we still not awake enough to think that they will see the light of day?
When the states all started petitioning for secession, Texas and others quickly garnered enough names to achieve a response, actually, they got the vig x4 in nearly a week, and I have still heard no official response from the president. Go to the website, look at the petitions that are against the administration's policies, notice how many have enough signatures to obtain a response, and then try to find when or where the president responded to these. I assure you, you will notice a pattern.
To get down to brass tacks here, and this may seem a little cold-blooded to say, but petitioning to the White House, is like complaining to your rapist for raping you. They are raping our freedoms and liberties everyday with their tyrannical legislation, and we are petitioning them? We should be prosecuting them, not petitioning.
I know a lot of you out there are saying, "But the government controls the courts, what good would litigation do?"
Expose their corruption further. Bring to light their abuse of office, their unjust and criminal ways. The fact remains that while there are many more of us awakened than ever before, we are still outnumbered. Many more must be alerted to this tyranny, and exposing the government's tactics and policies for the criminal and treasonous acts they are, is imperative to our cause. We must use the power of nullification granted to us by the 10th amendment, and get the word out about the truth behind the supremacy clause,(article II, section VI of the U.S. Constitution).
This may be the last avenues we can use to peacefully bring our country back from the brink of destruction, and the danger of the government to accelerate the violence, (a.k.a.,any type of gun-grab), is always imminent. But I believe the time of petitioning is past. No longer can we "ask" the government to not take away our liberties. They aren't listening. In fact, I think they're laughing at us.

Schools:Out
People ask me, "Hey Mouth, you're always screaming about the Sandy Hoax, and in reality, school shootings are a real threat, due to gun free zones. Instead of bitching all the time, why don't you offer a viable solution?" I have been brewing on it for some time, then the obvious jumped out and kicked me in the nuts.
Ban Schools, Not Guns.
That's right, I said it. Why are we sending our children to these schools? For "education" funded and approved by the government? For social experience and interaction? What is the reality of the state of education in this country? Would a child be better served being home schooled, in not only basic principles, (reading, writing, and arithmetic) but in actual real world situations? (Other than the obvious "prison training" as illustrated in the photo above?)
A majority of kids are not too fond of school (I speak from experience as a kid, and as a father of 4 of them). Maybe some of you parents out there have asked your kids the question "What did you do in school today?"
and received this response; "Nothing".
Or the great question, "How was school today?"
"Boring". Or the one I truly dread " So and so said this to someone and then there was this drama, and he called her a slut, and she called him a name, and they were mad at each other........." BLEEEECH!!!
Each of these responses can clue you in to just how the education system we have in place is achieving reaching our children. Let's take a look at what these replies are actually saying-
"Nothing"--- This is a pretty good indicator that the lessons being taught to our kids aren't even engaging and intellectually stimulating enough to merit noteworthiness during their day. The mundane repeating of the same basic knowledge is not enough to keep a child's interest in classwork, and if a child isn't interested, they usually stop participating in any of it.
"Boring"--- This is tied in with the "nothing" response, again pointing out a failure to engage and intellectually stimulate their minds. Each of my children are different in their approaches and takes on school, giving me a diverse range of effects that the system brings. My oldest daughter was a straight A student until she reached midway through junior high school. Then the "drama" of the day became more of the highlight of even going to school for her, and eventually, she dropped out. My oldest son, always struggled in school, would receive extra help and tutoring, and eventually grew to despise school out of sheer frustration. He dropped out, but has real ambitions to finish his education, just not through the current system. My youngest daughter and son are the beneficiaries of my learning with the older two. My daughter, now a high school freshman, is a very social young lady, who also finds school work boring, and often comes home to give me the "he said, she said" report. But she also gets me asking her more about projects and classes than I did with the older kids. Through that, I am able to engage and most times refute or confirm what their teachers are telling them. She often goes back to school and asks her teachers more questions that spur on classroom discussions and engages the entire class. My youngest boy, has always liked to learn. He's the one that I get the "boring" comment from the most. A 3-sport student/athlete, 4.0 grade point average, one would think he has no time to get bored. He is in accelerated classes as an 8th grader and takes classes at the high school. He gets so annoyed at how easy the work is, how the teachers won't let him do other, more advanced work, as they keep him on pace with the rest of the students, (No Child Left Behind). We often discuss things and engage in intelligent arguments, (kind of a who is smarter type game). Keeps him learning outside school as well as defining a great student at school.
As a libertarian, I am also aware of the financial drag The Department of Education presents on our infrastructure. Our taxes dump millions of dollars into an apparently ineffectual system, when kids are coming home from a "boring" day at school, and even more importantly, the established "gun-free" zones that they are, are targets for the "crazies" or the insidious to attack. Why are we funding a program that doesn't really help our kids, and in fact, statistically, puts them in harm's way?
So there you go fans, a solution to gun violence in schools. We have to look at this logically. Why should we give up our ability to protect and defend ourselves from tyranny, just to keep the machine of government funded death zones alive? Is the youth of America better served with education from the state, or education from their parents? Are we being naive to think that the education we got is what our kids are getting today?
Are we falling into the trap of mandatory government education, like the Germans in the 30's? In the age of information ignorance is a choice, and an online education package may not be to bad of an idea.

Fear Of The Dark
I wanted to talk today about censorship. The silencing of ideas is not a new concept, it's not a unique trait borne only to third world dictatorships, not a conspiracy theory. This tactic has been around for centuries, whenever a ruling class or majority decides that the words of a person that does not agree with them could, in fact, influence others and usurp their power. They did it to Socrates in Ancient Greece, Julius Caesar silenced the dissenters of Rome, Hitler the Jews and so on...........
Censorship was a big issue during my teenage years, with Tipper Gore and the PMRC attacking musicians, much like the anti-gun folk are attacking guns now. They use these flimsy,(if not manufactured),excuses to "protect the children", blaming everything except the person who pulled the trigger. They claim that they need to protect the children from harmful words, or images, and as the internet grew, that need, they claim, had become more evident.
I, as a father, agree that children have no business looking at certain images, hearing certain talk or words, or even reading certain material. But this needs to be explained and emphasized -- It is a parent's responsibility to monitor what their kids do. (i.e... watch your damn kids). Once you cry out to government, "I am too lazy/busy/uninterested/un-involved to parent my own offspring", they will go to the greatest of lengths to oblige you. Especially to the point when they are parenting you.
The government will not stop in their vicious pursuit to "protect the children", they will label, censor, restrict sales and make you foot the bill. Ask the music industry. Ask Major League Baseball. In only a matter of short time, they will decide what is right for everyone to hear, read, see, and yes, think.
One of the main objectives of censorship, as I said before, is to silence those who may inform or influence a group or groups of people to end a ruling class's power. This form of division keeps those in power powerful, and those below in servitude. If the people cannot talk to each other, they cannot organize against the powers that be. This tyrannical form of censorship has hit the world's biggest social network.
The "Thought Police" have arrived on Facebook.
In recent days, our attempts to "share" our blogs and pod casts with our fans across Facebook, have been met with these:
We post links to our shows and blogs in 47 different political discussion groups in our well promoted attempt to unify the people of our nation, and educate them on the tyranny that is consuming our country. Since this is a grassroots organization of the purest form, we do not have the revenue to "promote" the way they think we should, (another little gift they introduced in 2012, charging you to let more people see your posts). Therefore, we had to do things the old fashioned way-- copy&paste, click, click,etc... and in just about 6 months we have gained over 2,000 fans, and our numbers keep going up. The ease of being able to utilize the "share" button to "share" our content made it possible for us to spend time a)with our families and b) researching the next topics.
On a very personal note, I, Lee Peer as the founder, writer, and producer of this organization, am the one who usually does all the promoting of the show and blogs. This really pisses me off. But I digress........
I subsequently wrote this response to the little Facebook graphic that resides in our status bar......
Feel free to Copy and paste this to your page/wall----
How am I feeling Facebook?
I'm not ashamed to tell ya I'm pretty pissed off about trying to share things with the different groups I belong to and getting told that I am not using the feature the way it was intended. What exactly was the "share" feature intended for? Looks? Let me assure it adds very little aesthetic value to your site. The word itself, share;
/SHe(?)r/
Noun
A part of a larger amount that is divided among a number of people, or to which a number of people contribute.
Verb
Have a portion of (something) with another or others: "he shared the pie with her".
How can you responsibly use the word share by itself, when clearly, according to your policy, under each post it should say--- Like-Comment--Promote-- Share with only the amount of people we say is acceptable, because we don't want you to share information with too many people that is not the intention of this feature--
A little honesty if you please,
Signed--- Every Facebook user
They have come to tell you just how many people you can communicate with. They have a legitimate worry. The government infiltration of the internet has infected this site, and they have come to parent us. They are afraid. Afraid of what a united republic can do to their tyranny. Their fear of the unknown gift we possess as the citizens of the United States, the gift of the Constitution, unknown to most citizens as to it's power and importance. That's where we come in. We take their attempts to separate us and find other ways to communicate. This action shows their fear. We are getting stronger, and they are stepping up their game. Phase two begins today. ------------Lee Peer, Founder, Last Voice For Liberty

It's So Hard to Say Goodbye to Yesterday
How did it get this bad? Where did we go wrong? Will it ever be as good as it once was? Is it too late to save it? Have we already passed the point of no return? Is the time of disgrace and war finally upon us? Do we have the resolve within us to put an end to this madness? How can we dig our country out of this hole we are in?
Over the holiday break, amongst the millions of other issues I had going through my head, these questions were there constantly. Perhaps it was just my usual holiday depression, maliciously sneaking it's way into my brain, and planting the seeds of defeat in my mind. That was my first thought. Then again, perhaps it's the dooming reality that is actually befalling this once great nation. Since I am actually old enough to remember Pre-9/11 America, before the checkpoints, random searches, drones, fiscal cliffs, any of this anti-constitutional madness, to witness the land I love in the state it's in now, is, for lack of a better word, soul-crushing. Why shouldn't I be absolutely crushed that the freedoms my generation, and the generations before were entrusted to keep are being foolishly given away?
We can all discuss the origins of our demise, which political party was responsible for the start of it, which administration has been more at fault with it's implementations, who's on first, what's on second.....AAARGH!!!!!
My remaining question, the one we all must come to ask, is it too late? Too late to unite the people and remove the criminals from our political offices? Too late to bring home our troops to defend us, not run offensives in foreign lands? Too late to take the criminal banksters to task over their fleecing of the world's wealth? Too late to stand up for what is right, not what emotion dictates?
It actually crossed my mind.......
What I promised myself I would not ever think......
Am I actually making a difference?
Am I wasting my time trying to save an already fallen nation?
Was I too late to start paying attention myself?
Did I wake up too late, just like high school, only worse?
My faith in my effort was waning. Regurgitated "keywords" and "established party rhetoric" that I have been so diligently fighting against these past 20 months of my life filled the social networks, and it seemed everything a lot of us in the liberty movement struggled for in terms of educating and uniting people was becoming all for not.
That's when it kicked me in the ass. I was at my lowest, not even able to read the news as I do every day, not being able to write, produce our podcasts, even smiling was a chore.
It was at this moment rage filled my heart like the molten lava of an active volcano. I wasn't wrong about what i was doing. I'm not too late to save the country for my children. I have only just begun. I abhor wars and the killing of people, and I am trying to organize us to restore the constitutional values without the taking up of arms, a luxury I'm afraid our government is not willing to afford us. I was angry at myself for doubting what I was doing. More importantly I was motivated.
If no one was listening, I had to talk louder. If no one was paying attention, I had to talk more. The government was going to help me. And like a "Swiss fucking watch" they are obliging. How much longer can the masses remain blind to tyranny's onset? Forever? Are we destined to be the slaves of the one world government?
If we stay silent, we will. Forever.
If we keep waking people up, if we continuously press for the truth, consistently remind those of the power the constitution grants them, the government we have today will provide glaring examples at every turn how they are taking those freedoms away. More and more are going to be pushed to the liberty movement by the tyrannical actions of our elected officials, and those of us who have been at this a while need to be here for them. Unification requires two things. The willingness to work with your fellow man to achieve a specific goal; and the motivation to do so. The willingness of most all of us in the liberty movement to need to speak up and defend our rights and the rights of our fellow "sleeping" countrymen is an ideal that we will have to help others discover. The other "parties" believe in only divisional tactics, even inside their own groups. The motivation for others to come to the side of liberty will be provided by the government.
No matter what the coming year may bring, whether we can avoid civil war remains to be seen. Even if the government does exactly what we "conspiracy theorists" have been warning everyone about, and the war breaks out, liberty will never die. They cannot kill, arrest, detain, or enslave an idea. And in the words of my hero, Dr. Ron Paul, "An idea who's time has come cannot be stopped by any government or army".
Keep the faith my fellow patriots. Through our efforts, we can say goodbye to tyranny and hello to freedom. --------LJP

--------LJP

With God On Our Side
As the Christmas holiday winds down, and we here at the Last Voice For Liberty Network get ready to jump back into the rugged waters that is today's news, I would like to take this time to address responsibility in journalism.
Those of us who write, or are reporting the news, have a responsibility to our readers to not write things that are condescending to them. We should, as journalists, be diligent in bringing the facts, not talking to our readers as if they were brazen fools. In my endless search for truth and the pursuit of liberty, I came across one such article that does exactly the opposite of what I am asking of my fellow journalists and authors.
This article, entitled, "Newtown Mass Shooter Adam Lanza May Have Been Involved In Satanism" http://christiannews.net/2012/12/19/report-newtown-mass-shooter-adam-lanza-may-have-been-involved-in-satanism/ is pure speculation and propaganda. In a time where the evils of our world seek to divide us to the point of breaking our country, A Christian News site posts this.
Honestly, he may have been running around with a gerbil in his ass, but that's not gonna change what has happened, and what is going to happen because of it. The ramifications of this event will go way beyond the act itself and any "religious" implications we as speculators can conjure.
My biggest question here is, why are we focusing, or even caring about who this guy was, as a person? Why can't we put this same amount of energy into exposing the corruption in our federal and state governments, instead of writing articles of speculation about a person who is dead? He may have been involved in Satanism? Does it really make a difference at this point? Will the discovery of his involvement with the devil bring back the dead? Will it stop the left-wing gun grabbers from infringing upon our constitutional rights? Will it stop the NDAA or repeal Obamacare? Will it audit and close the Federal Reserve, and return us to a palpable form of currency? Are any Senators or Congressmen going to stand up on Capitol Hill, and outlaw Satan as well? Will the President himself, read this story and re-think all his socialistic policies and executive orders? Will the Constitution finally stop being interpreted, and it's words recognized to mean what they say? Or, will this just affect those it intends to, the weak minded? Will the weak-minded sheep come running to the church out of fear that they may become devil worshipers and shoot up a school? Is it too much to ask that we have news reported to us, not just "keyword" propaganda?
With all the holes in this case, doubts being cast as to whether there was a second gunman, doubts cast as to the validity of this whole event, why would we muddy the waters with religion? Religion's place in this tragedy,(if it truly is one, I don't know, I wasn't there), should be in the counsel and condolence of the victims families, not running sensationalist headlines, with only an unconfirmed source as their informant. This is irresponsible to say the least, and I would have hoped that a Christian News page would not stoop to such levels.
I am not a religious man, but I do believe in God. As an outside observer of organized religion, I have to say that I don't think the shape this country is in, and the forcing out of God is a coincidence. A return to a more moral society would truly benefit the country, yet more than just the opponents of God stand in the way of it becoming a reality. Those who claim to worship Him and follow the teachings of the bible dividing themselves not only in faith but in the ways they worship. Division is EXACTLY what the bible is against. Yet we continue to do it, over and over.
Printing articles such as this, only adds fuel to the fires of division, treats your readers as if they are fools, and reduces your credibility as journalists, as well as bringing shame upon the Christian faith. Try reporting on ways positive changes in the community are being introduced by the church. Try making those changes yourself, without the church. Promote the ideals brought forth by our forefathers, a bunch of God fearing men who put in place Constitutional protection for ALL religions, and how the fellowship of a few can enlighten a few, but the fellowship of many can enlighten the world.

Guilty of thinking, a crime much worse than all....
The statement made by the Newtown Sheriff's Department yesterday, where they threatened independent journalists with prosecution for reporting any information that doesn't come from the department itself, is the boldest attempt at police state control, you could easily go so far as to say, Nazi-like. When a government or state official, presumes to tell citizens or the press what they can and cannot print, we have a clear violation of the first amendment of the Constitution.
Reporting information, be it true or false, is not a crime. It is up to authorities to prove facts, and answer questions. Only honesty from our officials and full disclosure of the facts can disprove a news report. Not any departments "say so". This officer, and by his own admission, the federal government, is telling you, the public, that you are not intelligent enough to decide if a report is true or not. If these wanna-be tyrants attempt to prosecute ANYONE for reporting on this story, they will violate the freedom of the press right, cited in the first amendment of the constitution. If anything we report in any of our shows if found to be inaccurate, we will admit our wrongs, and always strive for the truth. But to be persecuted for asking questions of suspicious situations, or reporting the possibilities, or for that matter, speculating or expressing an opinion is the highest form of tyranny.
Allow me to refresh everyone's memories and note the first amendment right here: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, OR OF THE PRESS; or the right of the people to peacefully assemble, AND TO PETITION THE GOVERNMENT FOR A REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES."
There is NO interpreting the words written here, or for that matter, the rest of the Constitution. The words mean what they say, just as they did when it was written. To tell ANYONE they cannot report a contradictory story under threat of prosecution, not only restricts the freedom of speech and the Press, but DENIES, in this case in particular, the right to petition the government for the redress of grievances. The police stated that this action was in cooperation with the federal government, and any reports contrary to what they have stated are subject to prosecution, therefore, by their own admission, ignoring our Constitutionally guaranteed right.
This department, with support from the federal government, has threatened to prosecute people who speak out against their lies. Last I heard, when a group threatens another for speaking out, that is TERRORISM. This is a terrorist act, and there is no explanation for it, other than what we have been saying is finally coming to pass, and the war is brewing. This, added with dis-arming people over the same false flag they are guarding so closely, by THREATENING TO PROSECUTE ANYONE WHO DISAGREES WITH THEIR STORY, is a blatant attempt to nullify the Constitution, and our rights within. If we are guilty of anything, it's thinking, a crime much worse than all.
